How we work

• Listen first. We talk to founders before building programs.
• Work alongside, not against. We connect founders to existing local support rather than duplicating it.
• Community-led. A non-profit with a local board.
• Measure what matters. We track who we reach and where they go next, and share it with our community.

Where we are today

• Community survey: Open now
• Founder interviews: Underway
• First Founders Night: January 2027
• Society registration: Spring 2027
